Pisces Sun, Aries Venus, Capricorn Rising, Aquarius Moon can find love or firlfriend?

I'm 17. I've given myself every chance. I've chased so many girls only to be diappointed in the end. I feel like quitting. Like I'll never find that girl for me. I chased after a Pices w/ Aquarius cusp and I still want her even though she doesn't want me. That's not the major issue. Is there something wrong with my tactics where I can't get a girl? I've heard Venus in Aries ppl chase and everything. Please, I need advice :/
