I am a libra-scorpio cuspian (Oct.21) Where can I find specific information about my cusp?

I find Astrology both entertaining and interesting. Most of my life I thought myself to be a Libra but recently found that I'm actually on the Libra-Scorpio cusp. There isn't much information (that I can find) about my cusp. If I knew how to do charts, I would love to have a chart done for a whole year.
