Is it normal for a man's voice to crack?

I am 38 years old, but I sort of sound like a high school kid, and I often get called ma'am on the phone. My voice is somewhat similar to the character Daniel on the Karate Kid but slightly lower. Ocassionally, my voice will crack. Is this normal for someone my age?
