Mother sentenced to 5 years probation, special parenting classes, 50$ fine, for spanking?

The judge is NUTS and the mother should sue! The problem with children today is there isn't enough parenting and spankings taking place. I raised my children and grandchildren with spankings and they are just fine. Children need disicipline- they crave it- and sometimes a swat to the fanny is the best way to correct bad behavior.
