Born on the LIbra-scorpio Cusp, yet don't get along with libras?

I was born on the 19th, but the more i observe people born under the sing of Libra the more i see how much different they are from me.I have a few similarities on the surface, but i really can't identify myself with them and i also don't like them. Does anyone born near these dates feel the same way?
