Jupiter in Cancer in 11th House, Retrograde?

I was told that my Jupiter in Cancer in the 11th House means I will be a millionaire, but with it being retrograde means it will come later in life, say beyond 50 y/o. I am skeptical, but can someone explain how these aspects mean this so exactly. BTW , I'm sag with leo rising (rising sign determined by my birth time as I was born on a cusp)
