Is this flood coming after us or not?

we live in gonzales in accention parish, not far from the mississippi river its only 5 minutes away.anyway do you think we will get flooded because the river is flooding but it didnt say we would get wet on the news on T.V but on the news on the computer it saya we will so whitch is it.ITS GETTING REALY DEPRESSING WITH MI MOM FRAKING OUT OVER THIS WHEN I THINK WERE NOT GOING TO FLOOD!
