Is Obama planning to arrest Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Gonzales? Did he lie to his base or is he that liberal?

Bush, Cheney, Rice, Rumsfeld (GOPers)have left the building, ... and have gotten away with total MURDER. No one in any governmental office now or 10 years from now will go after them. That is the REALITY. The question is, .... why are they so afraid???
